Artist's Comments

Few monthes ago my photography teacher had a photoshoot with model Svetlana in his studio.
I made a quick pencil sketches from this beautiful girl (from my teacher`s permission, of course).
One of this sketches seems a good for me, so I decided to paint my new work based on it.
Model - Svetlana.
Used Painter IX a little Photoshop here

Her styling is really gorgeous.
I like especially the mask.
And the iguana is a nice detail.

Her hair looks so realistic! Really, all of it does, all of the details, the mask. The way the background blurs makes it look even more like a photograph.

If you expect the unexpected, and the unexpected becomes the expected, then you can no longer expect the unexpected because there is no more unexpected to expect, and then you are not expecting the unexpected, so the whole thing is pointless.
